Our Commitment to Green Transition and

Circularity Path

IHELIOS is an urban profit organization, established in Tympakion Crete. Its function and organization are based on a voluntary participation and contribution, with time and knowledge offered by its members, who are scientists and professors, state and public sector officials, local authorities representatives, NGO’s, as well as other citizens, but further more from the incomes througt Studies and Educational seminars in the area of circularity, ESG, Green Transitiuon, GHG emissions etc.

IHELIOS is governed by a 3-member Board elected by the General Assembly. Our vision is to empower citizens, urban innovators, public authorities and cities to achieve more. Our mission is to accelerate urban transformation in circular economy and green transition for a Greener Island. We serve as a catalyst for positive change by connecting data, technology, and community voices to co-create vibrant, inclusive, and resilient circular cities. Circular economy, Green Transition, Renewable Energy, new e-fuels, Green Construction, Green Materials, ESG and prototyping are among are targets.

We envision cities as circular urban mines that needs circular resources to be transformed.

Our Services are designed to enable the transition towards this vision.
